Back to Job SearchWe are currently looking for an Engineering Lead Supervisor / Project Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Engineering Lead Supervisor / Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse project portfolio within Laboratory / R&D environments. This includes revamping, equipment installation, infrastructure, and laboratory-related work across all buildings related to laboratories.
This is a mission initially until the end of December 2026! The mission can offer 20-40% of remote working and the available budget for suitable candidates is 80-90 euro per hour (640-720 per day).
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Project Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Engineering Lead Supervisor / Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects, ensuring both technical and administrative aspects are handled efficiently.
2. As the Engineering Lead Supervisor / Project Manager, you will lead a team, with the size varying depending on project complexity, up to 10 people.
3. As the Engineering Lead Supervisor / Project Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the entire project lifecycle, excluding the feasibility phase.
4. As the Engineering Lead Supervisor / Project Manager, you will ensure effective stakeholder management and maintain clear communication on project progress and KPIs.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Project Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in engineering or a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in project management within lab and technical projects.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with lab activities, including equipment and various types of labs.
