A leading company in the Healthcare Insurance sector is seeking a Senior Software Engineer Java to join their dynamic team in the Brussels area. As a Senior Software Engineer Java, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of digitalisation software for the online customer portal.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Senior Software Engineer Java will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Conceptualise, develop, or adapt applications in Java, adhering to the methodology described by functional and business analysis and user requirements.
2. Translate functional and business analysis into programming language and architecture, ensuring a thorough understanding of all requirements.
3. Conduct Test Driven Development and test the program in an integrated environment following the Agile method.
4. Document the software and report potential issues to functional analysts, proposing optimal solutions for the best results.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Senior Software Engineer Java we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
2. Extensive industry experience in Java programming, Hibernate, and Spring Boot.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with REST API, Junit, Mockito, and Agile methodology.
