As a thank you, for every candidate you introduce to Hyper Recruitment Solutions, that is successfully placed in to a new permanent, fixed term temporary position, we will reward you with £250*, subject to terms and conditions.
How it works
As a registered candidate or client, you qualify when you refer a relevant candidate who is looking for a new role. The candidate must not already be registered with Hyper Recruitment Solutions. If the candidate is successful, you will be rewarded with a £250 voucher of your choice.
Terms and Conditions
- Up to £250* voucher, sent via post or electronically, per successful single referral, to the referrer
- The candidate must not already be registered/engaged with Hyper Recruitment Solutions
- In the event of an introduction being made on the same day as a direct application from the same candidate, the direct application will be accepted as the introduction and no referral reward will be applicable
- The candidate must be eligible to work in the UK
- Permanent placements – the referrer will receive their reward when the referee has successfully completed their probation period (length of probation period to be confirmed once employment contract has been signed)
- Contract placements – the referrer will receive a their reward when 30 fully chargeable days have been successfully completed
- For any fixed term contract position less than 12 months the referral reward will be paid on a pro rata basis
- The referrer will receive £250 once the client has paid the placement invoice fee to HRS and the rebate period is successfully passed – both of which our subject to our client payment and rebate terms
- To qualify, your referee must be placed within six months of registration
- Hyper Recruitment Solutions’ decision on all referrals is final
