About the Role:

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant / Graduate Management Trainee, you’ll be joining an ambitious, innovative team supporting the UK, EU, and US life science markets. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and leaders to develop your skills and learn the ins and outs of recruitment in a cutting-edge, global industry. Whether it’s permanent or contract services, you’ll be helping connect life-changing talent with ground-breaking organisations.

From a CV perspective we are open to people who have recently graduates in a science or business background with some experience to sales and customer service, or somebody who has not gone to university but has been in a structured sales environment with a proven track record of success and over delivering against KPIs.

This is a site based position Monday - Friday and as such somebody needs to be based in the Essex, London, Hertfordshire region, or the ability to relocate to Loughton.
