Role Overview

Hyper Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a leading manufacture who are expanding their Engineering Department. Theyre now on the market for an Automation Engineer to join the team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Automation Engineer will be varied however the key duties & responsibilities are as follows:

1. Development, test & commission – PLC – Allen Bradley

2. Develop – SCADA (Wonderware & GE iFix)

3. 50% of the role is coding from scratch.

4. 10% travel – customer sites for commissioning, customer training & validation support.

5. Troubleshoot control systems hardware & instrumentation.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Automation Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile & past history:

1. Can read, understand & develop controls systems.

2. Ideally someone with experience in control system schematics & P&IDs

3. Open to industry background
