Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Clinical Innovation Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company on an initial 12 month contract. As the Clinical Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and evaluating new solutions (including digital) to be imbedded in clinical studies including but not limited to telemedicine, wearables/devices/sensors, eConsent, eCOA, and others to be implemented during the study concept design.

For the right candidate, this role can be worked remotely across the UK. However, some site presence in the Berkshire area could be preferred.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Clinical Innovation Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Clinical Innovation Manager, you will Evaluate and assess new solutions (including digital) to be embedded in clinical studies, such as telemedicine, wearables, eConsent, and eCOA.

2. As the Clinical Innovation Manager, you will Develop frameworks and processes for implementing selected digital transformation solutions in clinical studies and provide continuous support throughout the study until closeout.

3. As the Clinical Innovation Manager, you will conduct frequent and timely communication of project progress to all stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals.

4. As the Clinical Innovation Manager, you will prepare the organisation for change management on new initiatives in clinical studies and create awareness campaigns to support implementation.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Clinical Innovation Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a scientific or technical field.

2. Proven industry experience in implementing complex initiatives within a regulated environment.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with clinical development processes and GCP guidelines.
