Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution phase of various construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency at every step.

This is a site based mission until September 2025 with likely extension, and the rate is between 400-560 euros per day.

Please note you must be a Fluent English and French speaker.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Construction Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Construction Manager, you will issue daily permits and supervise site activities to ensure safe working conditions.

2. As the Construction Manager, you will travel between multiple project sites on the campus throughout the day to monitor progress and resolve issues.

3. As the Construction Manager, you will conduct end-of-day site visits to complete close-out signatures and preparing detailed reports on project status.

4. As the Construction Manager, you will coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and attending meetings to ensure seamless project execution.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Construction Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a construction-related field.

2. Extensive industry experience in construction management. Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with building, HVAC, piping, CAD, and E/I systems.
