Field Service Engineer (French Speaking)

We are currently looking for a French Speaking Field Service Engineer to join a leading healthcare company covering the North West area. As the Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation, maintenance, and support of Scientific Instrumentation. This role offers the chance to travel and engage with customers, providing essential training and support.

Your duties as the Field Service Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Install and maintain instruments at customer sites.
2. Provide product and equipment support via email, telephone, and customer visits.
3. Ensure customer complaints and enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
4. Provide customer training at customer sites and the Manchester training facility.

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Field Service Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in an Engineering or Scientific discipline.
2. Proven industry experience in a similar role.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with manual or automated lab equipment.
4. Must be French speaking and willingness to travel to France periodically.
