Head of Data Managment - Netherlands

We are currently looking for a “Head of Data Management” to join a leading technology company based in the Netherlands. As the Head of Data Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the data strategy and ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of data across the organisation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Head of Data Management will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive data management strategy that aligns with the companys goals.
2. Lead and mentor a team of data professionals to ensure best practices in data governance and quality.
3. Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions that enhance decision-making processes.
4. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Head of Data Management we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a data-related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
2. Extensive industry experience in data management, including leadership roles.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with data governance, data quality, and data protection regulations.
