Industrial Electricity Expert

We are currently looking for a Electrical Engineer to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Electrical Engineer you will supporting the construction of an exciting new building for Gene Therapy manufacture that is in final phases and interior installations. This will including industrial power systems, low voltage 240/400 volts.

The role is a site based mission until the end of the year (with likely extension).

Your duties as the Electrical Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Electrical Engineer, you will manage or integrate the basics of project management and the various related roles (project leader, technical or safety coordinator, expert in a discipline etc.)

2. As the Electrical Engineer, you will be managing the technical supervision of project activities in electricity (permissions, procedures, and standards).

3. The Electrical Engineer, you will ensure the mastery of techniques in the context of the installation of new equipment or the modification of equipment.

4. The Electrical Engineer, you will ensure and promote compliance with labour and safety regulations (work permits, site monitoring, HSE remarks, etc.)

5. As the Electrical Engineer, you will ensure compliance with GxP rules in its own tasks as well as those of external companies.

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Electrical Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. 5 years minimum of relevant experience.

2. Ability to manage the technical supervision of project activities in electricity (permissions, procedures, and standards.

3. Knowledge/Experience in electricity: power and buildings.
