Infrastructure Design Lead

We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Design Lead to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Infrastructure Design Lead, you will be responsible for developing and steering feasibility studies for infrastructure projects within a growing Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility.

This is an initial mission until April 2025, rates on offer are between 750-920 euros per day depending on experience.

Your duties as the Infrastructure Design Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Infrastructure Design Lead, you will consolidate project ideas and prepare strategic scenarios for management.

2. As the Infrastructure Design Lead, you will deliver feasibility assessments and early design, including user requirements, technical deliverables, budget, schedule, risks, alternatives, prioritization, and master plans.

3. As the Infrastructure Design Lead, you will collect user and site requirements, complete Project Ranking Forms, and establish the project portfolio as an investment plan.

4. As the Infrastructure Design Lead, you will propose technical solutions to optimize capital expenditure, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, guarantee safety, and achieve the company environmental targets.

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Infrastructure Design Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a related Scientific or Engineering field.

2. Extensive industry experience in the construction industry (Approx 10 years) as a project leader or equivalent, with experience managing projects up to 15 million euros.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with managing capital assets, engineering feasibility studies, developing masterplan building processes and strategies.
