Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Migration Lead to oversee the business-side migration activities for our S/4HANA implementation project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating data migration efforts between the business stakeholders and the integrator team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all necessary information and mapping rules.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills to drive the migration process, manage data cleaning, and provide regular status updates through dashboards and reports.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate Migration Activities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all business-side migration activities related to the S/4HANA project.
o Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the integrator team to gather and validate data mapping rules.

2. Stakeholder Management:

Engage with various business units to chase and follow up on required information, ensuring timely delivery for migration tasks.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the integrator team to resolve any issues or delays.

3. Data Cleaning Coordination:

Manage and coordinate data cleaning activities, ensuring data quality and consistency for migration.
Develop and implement data cleaning strategies in collaboration with business units.

4. Status Reporting and Dashboards:

Create and maintain dashboards to track the progress of migration activities.
Provide regular status updates and reports to the project management team and other stakeholders.

5. Issue Resolution:

Identify and resolve any issues related to data migration promptly.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate stakeholders and work towards a timely resolution

Role Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data migration, data management, or related roles.
Proven experience in leading data migration projects in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
