PMO / Project Manager - Engineering Tools

We are currently looking for a PMO / Project Manager - Engineering Tools to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the PMO / Project Manager - Engineering Tools, you will be responsible for enhancing engineering tools and performing detailed analysis for the engineering and facilities portfolio, including resources, timelines, costs, risks, and compliance of projects.

This is an initial 3 month contract but is likely to extend long term if the candidate is successful in their duties, and the rate of pay is 90€ per hour (€720 per day).

Your duties as the PMO / Project Manager - Engineering Tools will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the PMO / Project Manager - Engineering Tools, you will develop and enhance engineering tools such as MeVisio, Qlik, Integrate, SAP, and Power BI.

2. As the PMO / Project Manager - Engineering Tools, you will perform comprehensive analysis on project portfolios to foresee resource requirements, bottlenecks, risks, and support the implementation of appropriate actions.

3. As the PMO / Project Manager - Engineering Tools, you will consolidate risks, key learnings, and planning for the portfolio.

4. As the PMO / Project Manager - Engineering Tools, you will provide PMO support in areas not covered by a PMO and ensure compliance with project methodologies.

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the PMO / Project Manager - Engineering Tools, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or a related field.

2. Proven industry experience in portfolio management within the engineering or pharmaceutical industries.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with tools such as MeVisio, Qlik, Planisware, SAP, and Power BI.
