Principal Scientist

This is an amazing opportunity to step into a small but growing division of the R&D team and make a huge impact

Your duties as the Principal Scientist will be varied however the key duties & responsibilities are as follows:

1. Be part of a team and leading from the front in identifying new technologies/techniques to drive innovation as well as identifying new forms/modes to improve skin care, skin health and skin treatment and develop these into product prototypes
2. Be the subject matter expert on Optical Skin Imaging technologies - Confocal, Multiphoton, RCM/MPT or similar advanced microscopy technologies
3. You will have a License to Innovate! Driving innovation of skin care technologies, methods & products to meet and improve consumer needs
4. Engage with stakeholders in: Skin Care Products, Skin Care Formulation, Skin Care Marketing & Skin Care Packaging
5. Work in a collaborative lab / R&D environment which has had huge commitment and investment made into it

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as Principal Scientist we are looking to identify the following on your profile & past history:

1. Be a Senior or Principal Scientist with direct experience working with cutting edge Optical Skin Imaging technologies like RCM/MPT/Confocal/Multiphoton or other advanced Microscopy technologies
2. Minimum 3 + years post graduate experience working with advanced microscopy skin imaging
3. Masters or PHD in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology
4. Direct experience with skin care products is a bonus
