Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join a leading Contract Research Organisation based in the Cheshire area. As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of bioanalytical projects in collaboration with the Operations Management Team and Project Leaders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Project Administrator will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Ordering and receiving reagents, reference materials, control matrix, and consumables required for client projects after consulting with the Project Leader.

2. Assisting in study set-up and generating necessary documentation.

3. Organising activities to meet data submission and client deliverable timelines for multiple projects and clients.

4. Collaborating with the Project Leader Team, Operations, QC, and QA groups to facilitate data delivery and project documentation.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Project Administrator we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a scientific or administrative field.

2. Proven industry experience in project administration or coordination.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with project tracking tools and software, as well as proficiency using Microsoft Office.
