Project Engineering Lead

We are actively recruiting for two Project Engineering Leaders to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Project Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of a variety of projects, the biggest one being a Greenfield project involving the demolition and rebuild of a new HVACR Warehouse Facility.

This is a mission until September 2026 (two years) with possible extension.

Your duties as the Project Engineering Leader will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Project Engineering Leader, you will partner with engineering firms to ensure proper support in delivering the project designs and execution, primarily focusing on HVACR equipment infrastructure and building revamping or construction.

2. Working with business partners to define the best solutions to meet customer needs.

3. As the Project Engineering Leader, you will manage cost and planning for all engineering project activities.

4. Overseeing the project team supervision and ensuring strong communication with stakeholders.

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Project Engineering Leader, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in engineering or a related field.

2. Extensive industry experience in investment projects within the infrastructure/building sector.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Pharma regulations (GXP, GMP, GLP) and lab equipment expertise is ideal, or at least extensive experience as a Project Engineering Leader within a a regulated (Food / Oil and Gas / Chemical / Water) Environment.
