Senior Support Analyst

We are currently looking for an Senior Support Analyst to join a leading technology company based in the Greater London area. As the IT Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition and configuration of new and existing computer systems.

Your duties as the IT Configuration Specialist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Configuration of 180 new computers, ensuring volume configuration is performed efficiently and accurately.
2. Implementing infrastructure changes on existing computers, including logging into old accounts and configuring new ones.
3. Managing users through the configuration journey, providing support and ensuring there are no issues during the transition.
4. Experience working on a merger would be advantageous but is not essential.

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the IT Configuration Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Information Technology or a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in computer configuration and infrastructure changes.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with user management and support during system transitions.
