Utilities / HVAC Lead

We are currently looking for a Utilities / HVAC Lead to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Utilities / HVAC Lead you will be responsible for Technical Assessments of Biopharma Equipment in GMP Manufacturing and R&D sites across the globe.

Please note this is an initial mission until the 31st December 2024, with likely extension until 31st December 2025.

This a hybrid based working mission, 40 hours per week and can offer between €65-95 per hour depending on experience.

Your duties as the Utilities / HVAC Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Utilities / HVAC Lead you will responsible for technical assessment duties such as Equipment criticality analysis, inventory checks and Obsolescence, technical, cost and compliance analysis.

2. As the Utilities / HVAC Lead you will mainly assess manufacturing equipments such as DS/DP Filling and packaging lines (These equipments are Electro-Mechanically biased and include Automation).

3. As the Utilities / HVAC Lead you will provide hands-on” knowledge of equipment and be able to interact in close collaboration with users to assess equipment health status and proper management.

4. As the Utilities / HVAC Lead you will be a Fluent French and English speaker.

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Biopharma Equipment Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree.

2. Proven industry experience in Maintenance or Reliability Engineering within a Biopharma company (We are looking for a Technical profile).

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with assessing the condition of manufacturing equipments such as DS/DP Filling and packaging lines (These equipments are Electro-Mechanically biased and include Automation).
