HR Workforce Services Advisor
We are currently looking for a HR Workforce Services Advisor to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the London/Surrey area. As the HR Workforce Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance across the end-to-end life cycle where the service cannot be resolved by the third party or self-service across a cluster of countries. You will ensure the service continuously improves and robustly have the right work in the right team.
This is a mainly remote position with 1 visit to the office on the London/Surrey border per month and is an initial 6 month contract with possible extension.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the HR Workforce Services Advisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the HR Workforce Services Advisor, you will deliver a consistently excellent customer experience in end-to-end lifecycle query resolution.
2. As the HR Workforce Services Advisor, you will maintain process, policy, and procedural knowledge to ensure accuracy of advice provided to customers and perform HR process design, policy advice and employee administration.
3. As the HR Workforce Services Advisor, you will execute administrative processes across the scope of services provided by People Operations.
4. As the HR Workforce Services Advisor, you will analyse customer requests that cannot be resolved and driving continuous improvement to upskill third-party providers.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HR Workforce Services Advisor we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in core HR functions (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, etc.) with specific experience in HR process design, policy advice and employee administration
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with HR systems and data management.
