We are currently looking for 3x HR Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based on the London/Surrey border. As the HR Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a positive employee experience.
We are looking for 3x HR Specialists to manage different areas - 1x US Rewards, 1x US Benefits and 1x Global Mobility. We are not looking for front facing HRBP's/Advisors, you must have experience specialising in the implementation/development of Global and/or US Rewards, Benefits and/or Global Mobility projects.
This role offers remote working with 1 day per month on site. The position is 6 months with likely extension to 1 year.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the HR Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the HR Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle services, providing leadership and expertise in complex HR functional areas such as Benefits, Reward and Global Mobility.
2. As the HR Specialist, you will ensure the advice given to managers, employees, and external parties is of high quality, consistent, and customer-focused.
3. As the HR Specialist, you will drive continuous improvement and manage the impact of change on HR processes within a global shared services environment.
4. As the HR Specialist, you will build and maintain strong relationships with third parties, line managers, HR teams, and employees, ensuring the highest level of service.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HR Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in HR, Data Science, Finance, or a related field. Fluency in Japanese is not essential, however highly advantageous.
2. Proven industry experience in Global and/or US Rewards, Benefits and/or Global Mobility projects.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with tools and technologies such as MS Excel, Assignment Pro, WTW and other relevant systems.
