Data Analyst

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the London / Surrey border. As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Customer Facing Insights and managing key data stewardship and reporting tasks.

This is an initial 6 month contract with possible extension with hybrid working offered.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Data Analyst will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Data Analyst, you will conduct daily reviews of Reltio Profile merges for Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Healthcare Organisations (HCO).

2. As the Data Analyst, you will maintain Data Change Requests for the CRM into Reltio (Master Data Management system) and manage stand-alone profiles.

3. As the Data Analyst, you will support the Customer Focused Insights Lead during data integration projects and work with OneKey, a real-time HCP data network to enrich customer profiles.

4. As the Data Analyst, you will create and support Customer reports using the MicroStrategy Dossier reporting platform and assist the team with Ad Hoc reports.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Data Analyst, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a related field.

2. Proven industry experience working as a Data Analyst or similar role within a Clinical or Pharmaceutical company.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with advanced Excel, Tableau, and data querying.
