Medical Information Specialist - Finnish speaking

We are currently looking for a Medical Information Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the London/Surrey area on a remote basis, with one visit to site per month. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical and medical information to Healthcare Professionals and patients/caregivers in both English and Finnish.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Medical Information Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will research and respond to inquiries received via multiple channels including phone, email, webform, live chat, or postal mail, within the required timelines and standards.

2. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will document inquiries and responses accurately and completely according to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and regulatory guidelines.

3. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines.

4. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will provide responses in the customer’s local language using approved resources in English.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Pharmacy or relevant field.

2. Proven industry experience in medical information.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with customer service, ideally within a Medical Information / Pharmacy environment. You must be an English and Finnish speaker
