Accounts Payable Analyst

An exciting role awaits for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Manchester area. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and onsite, with an initial training period requiring three days per week onsite, going down to two days onsite p/w. The position is available until December 2025, providing a stable and engaging work environment. As the Accounts Receivable Analyst you will provide financial and administrative operations for all accounts receivable services.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be involved in ongoing harmonization project for O2C, including attending online calls and providing supporting documentation.

2. As the Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be running, analyzing, and reviewing monthly credit risk assessment reports, and managing daily bank receipts and allocation of cash. Credit management tasks include running & analyzing monthly risk assessment reports, daily credit checks & risk assessment using online portals.

3. As the Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be supporting junior team members in daily tasks and collaborating with line managers on training plans.

4. As the Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be developing effective working relationships with internal departments and customers, and managing the collection of overdue items.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Accounts Receivable Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a related field.

2. Proven industry experience in accounts receivable or credit management.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with SAP BI and advanced Excel functions such as lookups and pivot tables.
