Operations and Process Lead
14386Contract£55 - £65 Per HourNorth West - United Kingdom
An exciting role has arisen for an Operations and Process Lead to join a leading company in the Pharmaceutical industry based in the Manchester area. As the Operations and Process Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Head of Source to Pay (S2P) and the Source to Pay Operational Excellence Team.
This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work 2 days onsite and 3 days from home, and is a contract initially until December 2025
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Interim Operations and Process Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Operations and Process Lead, you will assist in ensuring high-quality service for shared service centres and country finance, meeting all KPIs sustainably.
2. As the Operations and Process Lead, you will act as a change agent to deploy change processes with minimal disruption, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
3. As the Operations and Process Lead, you will build strong business partnerships with key stakeholders, conducting regular reviews to align process strategy and drive user adoption of standard processes and technologies.
4. As the Operations and Process Lead, you will assume full ownership of project support relevant to the Source to Pay area, driving high-quality service delivery from the Shared Services Centre(s).
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Interim Operations and Process Lead, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting.
2. Proven industry experience in Global Business Services and Source to Pay processes.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with SAP and Invoicetrack.
