Agile Coaching Administrator
14336Contract£400 - £450 Per Day Surrey, United Kingdom
We are actively recruiting an Agile Coaching Administrator to join a leading team in the Surrey area, on a mostly remote basis. As the Agile Coaching Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of agile coaching resources across the enterprise.
This is an initial 6 month contract, with likely extension.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Agile Coaching Administrator will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Agile Coaching Administrator, you will manage coaching requests by receiving, processing, and prioritising them, ensuring they are entered into a coaching pipeline tracker, and coordinating with requestors for additional information if needed.
2. As the Agile Coaching Administrator, you will coordinate with coaches by assigning them to specific teams based on criteria such as location, capacity, and expertise, and facilitating communication between coaches and teams to align on coaching objectives and timelines.
3. As the Agile Coaching Administrator, you will handle contract management by drafting, reviewing, and finalising contracts with external coaches and vendors, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, and managing any amendments or updates as needed.
4. As the Agile Coaching Administrator, you will assist in the onboarding process for external coaches, setting up virtual desktops, providing access to necessary tools and resources, and ensuring coaches are familiar with the company's processes and expectations.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in a global organisation.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365 tools.
