Analytical Method Validation Specialist

We are currently looking for an "Analytical Method Validation Specialist" to join a leading biotech company based in the Oxford area. As the Analytical Method Validation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytical methods used in the development and production of biotechnological products.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Analytical Method Validation Specialist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop and validate analytical methods to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
2. Perform method transfer activities to ensure seamless integration of validated methods into production processes.
3. Troubleshoot and optimise analytical methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Analytical Method Validation Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
2. Proven industry experience in analytical method validation and transfer within the biotech sector.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with various analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
This 6-month initial contract offers a unique chance to work outside IR35, providing you with greater flexibility and control over your work arrangements. The role is based in the vibrant Oxford area, known for its rich history and cutting-edge scientific community.
