Associate Director/Director Business Devleopment

We are currently looking for a “Director of Business Development” to join a leading CDMO company based in the Boston area. As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Director of Business Development will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company growth targets.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
3. Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new clients.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Director of Business Development, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a business-related field.
2. Extensive industry experience in business development within a CDMO or related sector.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with strategic planning and client relationship management.
