Associate/Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager/Associate Project Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Greater London area. As the Project Manager/Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing critical project stages and ensuring seamless execution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties as the Project Manager/Associate Project Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Spend approximately 40% of time per week on administrative tasks, including paperwork collation and execution of protocols.
2. Track metrics and escalate overdue tasks to ensure timely project progression.
3. Manage documentation approvals for SAT, IOQ, and PQ processes.
4. Wrap up three projects at their final stages and authorise payments.
5. Conduct general project management metric reporting and follow up on tasks.
Role Requirements:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Project Manager/Associate Project Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, EPC, Chemical or other regulated sector.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with documentation approvals and metric tracking.
