Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a “Business Analyst” to join a leading environmental company based in the United States. As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving key projects and initiatives that will shape the future of the organisation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Business Analyst will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows
1. Conducting workshops to gather and document business requirements.
2. Performing gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
3. Managing relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
4. Gathering and analysing requirements, particularly with Salesforce, to support business objectives.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Business Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in business analysis.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce.
