Business Development Manager

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as Business Development Manager will be varied however the key duties & responsibilities are as follows:
- A cultivated hunter mindset - Plan, develop and execute sales strategies for the acquisition of new business opportunities across pharmaceutical services
- Actively participate in relevant industry associations, regional tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events
- Identify potential pharmaceutical product candidates
- Sell market leading pharmaceutical services across the Oral Solid Dose market & CDMO's
- Build, develop and leverage strong internal partnerships with stakeholders
- Drive proposals & contract negotiations
- Build brand awareness & develop strong client relationships
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Business Development Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile & past history:
- B.S or M.S in Biology, Chemistry or another relevant scientific/technical field of study
- Minimum 4 years experience selling into the Oral Solid Dosage or CDMO's market
- A track record of new business development success generating upwards of $4m per year in sales
