ROLE OVERVIEW

A leading company in the e-commerce industry based in the UK is seeking a dedicated Marketplace Operations Manager. This role offers the chance to oversee the day-to-day operations across all key marketplace platforms. As the Marketplace Operations Manager, you will manage existing stocks, sales, and promotions, ensuring seamless integrations and the launch of new products and marketplaces.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Marketplace Operations Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Manage day-to-day operations and all administrative aspects across marketplace channels, including account setup.

2. Create and manage product listings and catalogues, including compelling descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.

3. Analyse key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement with actionable strategies.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional product design teams to optimise sales and service.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
