Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Commercial and Pricing Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Poland (remote, home based).
As the Commercial and Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing pricing strategy and ensuring that reimbursements are maintained in all CEE markets. This role requires coordination between global and local stakeholders as well as managing all pricing activities for the cluster markets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Seek to optimize pricing strategy for our portfolio by building business cases and coordinating with external stakeholders and customers.2. Handle pricing submissions into central databases, ERP pricing maintenance, and collaborate closely with local market access consultants and central teams.
3. Support tender applications in CEE markets and act as a backup for commercial colleagues applying for tenders in other EU markets.
4. Establish regular commercial discussions with direct customers on possible opportunities and motivate key decision-makers for implementation, including tenders, new business cases, and new distribution channels.
Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Commercial and Pricing Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Knowledge of Polish pharmaceutical market and regulations as well as fluent Polish is essential for this role.
2. Extensive industry experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with market access, tendering processes, and international reference pricing.
