Engineering Lead Supervisor

ROLE OVERVIEW

A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking an Engineering Lead Supervisor to join their Delivery Department based in the LOCATION area. As the Engineering Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of laboratory projects, ensuring their successful design and execution.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Engineering Lead Supervisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Manage multiple laboratory projects, including laboratory transformation projects, ensuring all activities and disciplines are coordinated effectively.

2. Oversee the design and execution of projects, identifying potential issues and ensuring compliance with GXP, GMP, or GLP regulations.

3. Utilise your expertise in Planisware (Integrate module) and infrastructure knowledge to challenge and review engineering disciplines globally.

4. Lead projects with a zero-accident objective, prioritising safety in all aspects of project execution.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Engineering Lead Supervisor we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in engineering or a related field.

2. Extensive industry experience in pharmaceutical and laboratory environments, including project management.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with EPC and EPCM contracting models, as well as proficiency in Planisware (Integrate module).
