Lab Equipment Project Manager

We are currently looking for a "Lab Equipment Project Manager" to join a leading scientific company based in Belgium. As the Lab Equipment Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the package for analytical labs and all small pieces of equipment, including procurement, installation, verification, logistics, and supply.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Lab Equipment Project Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Define, track, and finalise the list of equipment with all user needs.
2. Provide and ensure day-to-day project coordination during the design and execution phases, ensuring compliance with safety, cost, schedule, and quality regulations.
3. Chair, run, and contribute to regular project team meetings, prepare and issue meeting agendas and minutes, and maintain action/decision logs.
4. Maintain and optimize the workload and overall plan for both analytical labs and small equipment.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Lab Equipment Project Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
2. Proven industry experience in project management within a lab environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with cGxP requirements and lab equipment.
