Process Expert

A leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium is seeking a Process SME to join their team. As the Process SME, you will overseeee the extension of a fully automated cGMP commercial facility for monoclonal antibodies. This position offers the chance to lead a dynamic team and drive consistency within engineering standards, norms, and regulations.

This mission is a mission for 18 months (Until 31/12/2026), 40 hours per week and the budget can offer 75-80 eur p/h. Please note you must be fluent in English and French.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Process SME will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Process SME, you will lead the Process & Automation team, ensuring adherence to EHS regulations and green good practices.

2. As the Process SME, you will oversee the basic and detailed design, equipment installation, and commissioning of new bioreactors, media preparation tanks, and buffer preparation tanks.

3. As the Process SME, you will support qualification and validation activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

4. As the Process SME, you will drive consistency within engineering standards, norms, and regulations, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Process SME, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a related field.

2. Extensive industry experience in large-scale EPCMV projects within the pharmaceutical sector. Knowledge of qualification, equipment design as well as good Upstream and Downstream Process Technical expertise.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with automated systems, bioprocess equipment, and cGMP/GLP regulations.
