We are currently looking for a Qualified Person for Radiopharmacy to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the South of the UK. As the Qualified Person for Radiopharmacy, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of radiopharmaceutical products, playing a crucial role in patient care and treatment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Qualified Person for Radiopharmacy will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Overseeing the production and quality control of radiopharmaceuticals to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Conducting batch release of radiopharmaceutical products, ensuring they meet all necessary quality and safety requirements.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality systems and processes.
4. Providing expert guidance on radiopharmacy regulations and best practices to ensure continuous compliance.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Qualified Person for Radiopharmacy, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a scientific discipline such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. Extensive industry experience in radiopharmacy or a related pharmaceutical field.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory requirements for radiopharmaceuticals.
