Quality Assurance Specialist

We are currently looking for a “Quality Assurance Specialist” to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Cambridge area. As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within the organisation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Quality Assurance Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
2. Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
4. Preparing and reviewing quality documentation, including SOPs and validation protocols.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Quality Assurance Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a scientific discipline.
2. Proven industry experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical sector.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
