Quality Director

ROLE OVERVIEW

An exciting role has arisen for an Quality Director to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Hertfordshire area. As the Quality Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across all operations.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Quality Director will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Develop and execute the company’s quality strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

2. Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Compliance teams across multiple sites.

3. Oversee audits and inspections, working closely with regulatory agencies to maintain compliance.

4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in quality processes.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Quality Director, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Quality Management, Chemistry, or a related field.

2. Extensive industry experience in pharmaceutical quality management.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with GMP, GDP, MHRA, FDA, and other global regulatory requirements.
