

Our client is seeking a Quality Oversight and Compliance Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company based on a remote basis. As the Quality Oversight and Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing regulatory processes and ensuring compliance across global operations.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Quality Oversight and Compliance Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Identify opportunities for improving pan-regulatory data and business processes through metric data analysis in collaboration with Information Management and other stakeholders.
2. Provide detailed reports and presentations on activities for senior management, Quality councils, and governance committees, including executive summaries.
3. Identify procedural and compliance gaps, establish mitigation plans with business process owners, and support stakeholders in ensuring inspection readiness and audit preparedness.
4. Lead investigations involving process or data deviations, generate metrics, and support Quality Plans and other compliance initiatives.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Quality Oversight and Compliance Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a scientific field such as B.Sc., M.S., or Ph.D.
2. Proven industry experience in regulatory affairs, regulatory strategy, and submissions management.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with project management, regulatory systems, and new technology implementation.
