Back to Job SearchA leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, based in the Berkshire/West London area, is seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Coordinator for a 12-month contract. As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic team of Marketing, Medical, Ecosystem Leads, Healthcare and Access Partners, and external Hospital Specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of the BII Franchise, ensuring all deadlines are met.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Provide reliable administrative support for Solution Leads, Medical Leads, Ecosystem Leads, and Healthcare & Access Partners.
2. Assist the marketing team in executing the tactical plan for the BII product portfolio.
3. Perform general administrative and secretarial duties, including managing communications, processing invoices, and maintaining office systems.
4. Coordinate external and internal meetings, including organising travel arrangements and compiling agendas.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience as an Administrator or Coordinator, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector or a commercial/sales environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SAP accounting systems.
