A leading materials technology company is seeking a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join their team based in Antwerp, Belgium. As the Senior SAP EWM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Senior SAP EWM Consultant will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Conduct end-to-end project analysis to determine the best approach for transitioning from side-car EWM to embedded EWM, preparing for warehouse automation and refining existing processes.
2. Configure and customize SAP EWM modules to meet specific client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
3. Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders, providing comprehensive documentation and maintaining SAP EWM configurations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and provide support for tickets and change requests.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Senior SAP EWM Consultant, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in SAP EWM, with participation in multiple full-cycle implementations and at least one project in a lead role.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with embedded EWM and warehouse automation.
