

A leading company in the Pharmaceutical industry, based in Brussels, Belgium, is recruiting a Statistical Computing Support Specialist to join their team. As the Statistical Computing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for focusing on statistical computing environments. The aim is to alleviate operational tasks from internal staff, allowing them to concentrate on managerial responsibilities.
This is a mission until the end of December 2025, with possible extension and can offer flexible working with some site presence in Brussels.
The rate on offer is a maximum of 75-80 eur per hour, 40 hours per week, however 30 hours per week can be considered as well. English language is a must.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Statistical Computing Support Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Statistical Computing Support Specialist, you will assist in setting up, migrating, and supporting statistical computing environments.
2. As the Statistical Computing Support Specialist, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless integration of new systems for analyzing clinical study data.
3. As the Statistical Computing Support Specialist, you will utilize Agile methodologies to manage and execute project tasks effectively.
4. As the Statistical Computing Support Specialist, you will communicate and collaborate efficiently in a hybrid or remote work setup.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Statistical Computing Support Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Pharmaceuticals.
2. Proven industry experience in supporting statistical computing environments like SAS or R.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with pharmaceutical data workflows and secure data handling.
