Talent Relocation Specialist

We are currently looking for a Talent Relocation Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. As the Talent Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for employees as the company relocates its office premises.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Talent Relocation Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:


1. As the Talent Relocation Specialist, you will lead a retention impact analysis project, leveraging previous methodology to determine current employee locations and commute changes.

2. As the Talent Relocation Specialist, you will reevaluate retention mechanisms, revise eligibility groups, and make recommendations including cost estimates.

3. As the Talent Relocation Specialist, you will conduct competitive pay analysis for lab-based workers in the context of the site move.

4. As the Talent Relocation Specialist, you will support new site change management, including Change Champions and UK leadership engagement, and educate managers on retention mechanisms.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


To be successful in your application to this exciting position as the Talent Relocation Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:


1. Relevant degree in a related field.


2. Proven industry experience in relocation projects from a Talent perspective / site moves (Essential). 


3. A working knowledge and practical experience with data analytics and Excel.

This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a balanced work-life experience with two days onsite presence and three days home-based. The contract is full-time, running until 13 December 2025, with an immediate start date. A laptop can be provided to ensure you have all the necessary tools to excel in this role.
