HR Advisor - Japanese Speaking
14223Contract£200 - £260 Per Day Surrey, United Kingdom
We are currently looking for a Japanese Speaking HR Advisor to join a global Pharmaceutical company based in the outskirts of London/Surrey. As the Japanese Speaking HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the establishment and ongoing delivery of HR projects across People Services and broader HR. This role will assist in the delivery of HR content aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and contributing to overall business objectives.
Please note that the start date is expected to be the 9th January 2025 and will be a contract initially until end of March 2025, with possible extension.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Japanese Speaking HR Advisor will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Japanese Speaking HR Advisor, you will Review policies and other HR-related documents, summarising key points to create accurate, user-friendly, and engaging content for the business.
2. As the Japanese Speaking HR Advisor, you will Review content on local SharePoint sites and collaborate with local teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
3. As the Japanese Speaking HR Advisor, you will Support the delivery of the myHR portal roadmap, driving future enhancements to employee experience.
4. As the Japanese Speaking HR Advisor, you will Assist in refreshing HR knowledge content in ServiceNow within the governance framework.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Content & Knowledge Management Advisor, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in HR would be ideal, however Japanese proficiency is essential.
3. A working knowledge and experience with dual-language content creation (Japanese and English) would be an advantage.
