HR Systems Specialist

We are currently looking for an HR Systems Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Surrey area. As the HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing HR services through system improvements, data stewardship, and analytics.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the HR Systems Specialist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Maintain, troubleshoot, and design HR systems to ensure they are fit for purpose.

2. Partner with Information Systems and HR Operations teams on system updates and process amendments.

3. Provide data-driven insights and analytics to aid effective decision-making.

4. Support software and hardware upgrades, ensuring change management procedures are followed.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HR Systems Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a related field.

2. Proven industry experience in HR systems and data analytics.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with HRIS systems and data management.
